SILENT AUCTION

Black Elk Energy will again hold a silent auction of quality merchandise that will take place over the two days of the event. We welcome any and all donations for the auction. Think outside the box for silent auction items. Be it sports-related items, gift packages, local artwork, jewelry or restaurant vouchers, your donation will make a positive financial impact for LACAP. For those of you attending the cook-off and tournament, bring your wallets and place a bid or two for that must-have item. Remember, it is all for a good cause!

2009 Silent Auction

Our silent auction will have several tables for display of items or services upon which people can bid starting with an established minimum bid. A Bid Sheet is located near each item, which allows for people to write down their names and place their bids. This afford parties an opportunity during the event to tour the different items available for auction in a relaxed, easy manner. Bidders can revisit the bidding sheets before the auction close to place those last minute bids for the must-have goods or services.
