Golf Tournament

The “Empowering the Community” Golf Tournament will bring together organizations and individuals to raise funds to help disadvantaged families throughout the state of Louisiana. Proceeds from “Empowering the Community” will be used to weatherize the homes of low income families. Join an elite group of sponsors connecting your brand to this top tier event with other leaders in the energy industry.  Our event will be held at Willow Fork Country Club located in Katy, Texas.

The golf course features a narrow layout with Bermuda grass putting greens plus several holes that wind through the wetlands in West Houston.  Water comes into play on 12 holes and there are 59 strategically placed bunkers throughout the course.  Several ranges of tees allow the course to be setup to challenge the seasoned golfer or to protect the beginner. 

Lunch will be served during the day and the event will be capped off with dinner, dancing and a silent auction with all proceeds benefitting LACAP. 

At the event, we plan to have a series of contests including:

Hole-in-one (on a Par 3)

Three “Closest to the Pin” contests

Longest drive

Longest putt

 All sponsors will be granted access for a four-person team and have branding opportunities at the event for each individual hole, various contests and throughout course.  Please contact us to learn more about sponsorship levels and branding opportunities.  We will also have single pass options for parties not interested in the golf tournament just looking to join us for dinner and dancing at the finale of the event.
