It is sure to be a wonderful opportunity for networking and just a fun event overall. We are very fortunate to have John Daly who will be present to hit a shot with each team and will hold a Meet-and-Greet. Paola Moreno and Mina Harigae will be stationed on separate Par 3 as well and they are the new ladies to watch on the LPGA scene. We will also have the New Orleans Saintsations present throughout the event. Kevin Black will kick-off our two day event with a great concert during the BBQ, Gumbo and Chili Cook-off.
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:
BBQ, Chili, Gumbo Cook-off, May 16th
Cook-off team sponsorship - $1,000 Cook-off sponsorship includes a 10’x20’ area for your team, 4 tickets to the cook-off, and placement on the Empowering the Community website.
Individual tickets to the cook-off $20 (Tickets will also be sold at the door)
Golf Tournament, May 17th
Diamond - $15,000 The Diamond sponsorship includes two foursomes in the golf tournament and the opportunity to brand one of our celebrity guests/professional golfers. Other incentives include:
- 3’x8’ banner at the event
- Logo prominently displayed on the Empowering the Community website
- Press release announcing the sponsorship
- 8 tickets to the BBQ, Chili, and Gumbo cook-off the previous day
Platinum - $7,500 The Platinum sponsorship includes a foursome in the golf tournament and branding of an event feature. Event features include sponsorship of the silent auction, award ceremony, Million Dollar Shoot-out, and registration. Other incentives include:
- 3’x8’ banner surrounding the event feature
- selected Logo displayed on the Empowering the Community website
- 8 tickets to the BBQ, Chili, and Gumbo cook-off the previous day
Gold - $5,000 The Gold sponsorship includes a foursome in the golf tournament and branding of a hole contest at the tournament. Hole contests include: longest putt, longest drive, closest to the pin, most accurate drive, and Beat the Pro. Other incentives include:
- 3’x6’ banner on the contest hole
- Logo displayed on the Empowering the Community website
- 4 tickets to the BBQ, Chili and Gumbo cook-off the previous day
Silver - $2,500 The Silver sponsorship includes a foursome in the golf tournament and sponsorship of a hole. Other incentives include:
- 18”x24” sign on a hole
- Logo displayed on the Empowering the Community website
- 4 tickets to the BBQ, Chili and Gumbo cook-off the previous day
Beverage Cart - $500 The beverage cart sponsorship includes your company banner displayed on the cart and admittance to the tournament as a passenger, accompanied by a Willow Fork staff member. Sponsorship also includes 4 tickets to the BBQ, Chili and Gumbo cook-off the previous day.
Mulligan packages will be sold at the event at $250 per team.
